Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Kunal Marjara, residing at SECTOR 15 PART 1 GURUGRAM, wish to lodge a formal complaint against Siddharth Yamaha , located at JMD Garden, D-Block, Near shubhash chowk opp, Badshahpur Sohna Rd Hwy, Nambardar Market, Islampur Village, Sector 38, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, for their negligence and undue delay in providing service for my Yamaha motorcycle, even after my insurance/service claim was approved.
Despite the claim being approved on the above-mentioned date, the service center has failed to repair and deliver my bike within a reasonable time frame. I have made several follow-ups through phone calls and in-person visits, but I have not received any proper explanation or estimated completion date. This has caused me considerable inconvenience, financial loss (e.g., alternate travel costs), and mental stress.
I kindly request the Hon’ble Forum to take necessary action against the concerned service center for their deficiency in service and direct them to:
