I am writing to express my concern over the prolonged delay and lack of response regarding my college fee refund. Despite multiple attempts to follow up to the Principle , Director , Account Staff, I have received little to no communication or updates about the status of my refund. As Per The DTE Guidelines I have Confirmed the Admission for My Child Through the CAP Round 3 on 8th Sept 2024 in 03187 N.Y.S.S’S Datta Meghe College of Engineering. Airoli Navi Mumbai. Address: Sri Sadguru Vanamrao, Plot No. 98, Ganesh Purushottam Pai Rd, opp. Khandoba Temple Road, Sector 3, Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400708 . Then on 11th of Sept 2024 In SPOT Round for Engineering Secured the Admission for My Child in college I2IT PUNE. On 12th Sept 2024 Completed the Admission Cancelation Procedure for the College Datta Meghe College of Engineering . Airoli Navi Mumbai. Address: Sri Sadguru Vanamrao, Plot No. 98, Ganesh Purushottam Pai Rd, opp. Khandoba Temple Road, Sector 3, Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400708. Submitted all the Original Receipts of the College and FORM Required for the College Fee Refunds. And Requested NEFT Transfer of Rs 64216.

This delay is causing unnecessary financial strain and inconvenience. I kindly urge to look in to the matter and Help me to Get the Refund at the Earliest .

Kindly follow few steps I am mentioning below:

The first step is to send a request letter via E-Mail to the principal and if you don't have the principal ID, mention To whom it may concern..

Mention all the details in it and ask them for the refund as early as possible.

Wait for at-least 7 days for the reply.

If not received any reply, you have only one option left .i.e. filling case in Consumer Forum.
