Subject: Complaint Regarding Defective Refrigerator – Denial of Return, Refund & Threatening Behavior by Seller
Respected Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the denial of service and the refusal to accept the return of a defective refrigerator, which I purchased from a shop in Belgaum, Karnataka.

Date of Purchase: 8-2-2025
Purchased From: Galaxy Refrigeration (GSTIN: 29BWEPM8236K1ZY)
Invoice Number: 3130
Shortly after purchasing the refrigerator, it started facing cooling issues. At the time of purchase, the seller did not inform me that this product will not be eligible for service and seller is not giving any services. After multiple follow-ups, the seller agreed to exchange the product. However, the replacement also has the same cooling issue. Now, when we requested a return and refund, the seller has bluntly refused and even threatened us, saying "Do whatever you want to do, we will not take the product back." This situation has not only caused emotional distress but also worsened my mother’s health condition. She is already suffering from depression, and such incidents have further triggered her mental health issues. Due to the refrigerator not cooling properly, food gets spoiled, which is also impacting her physical health.
1. Misrepresentation by the Seller – The shop did not disclose any potential service limitations at the time of purchase, leading to a misinformed decision.
2. The seller is not responding to calls and is not ready to take back the defective refrigerator, causing further financial loss and inconvenience.
3. The seller should be held accountable for not disclosing any service-related restrictions at the time of purchase.
4. Please help us return the product and get a full refund so that we can purchase a new refrigerator from another showroom.
5. Unprofessional and Threatening Behavior – The seller threatened us and refused to cooperate.
6. Impact on Mental and Physical Health – My mother, who already has depression, is now facing worsening symptoms and health issues due to the stress and inconvenience caused by this incident.
I request your intervention to resolve this matter. Kindly take the necessary steps to address my grievance at the earliest.
