Thomson Customer Care informed me that they do not provide service for water geysers, which contradicts the warranty claim shown on Flipkart. This raises a serious concern about fake warranty promises being made to customers.
I have tried multiple times to resolve this issue through Flipkart and Thomson, but neither party has provided a solution. Flipkart has now stopped responding to my queries.
