I would like to lodge a complaint regarding my Honda Activa 125 cc scooter purchased on 27.06.2025.
Within six months from the date of purchase, I noticed that the tail light glass is damaged. The vehicle has been used carefully and under normal conditions, and there has been no accident, impact, or mishandling that could have caused this damage.
As the issue has occurred within a short period after purchase, I believe this may be due to a manufacturing or material defect. I kindly request you to inspect the vehicle and replace the tail light glass under warranty.
