I am writing to raise a concern regarding a damaged Steve Madden bag worth ₹3,000 that I received. Despite reporting the issue to customer support, no resolution or corrective action has been provided so far.

This experience has been disappointing, especially given the brand’s reputation. I request you to please look into the matter on priority and provide a suitable resolution at the earliest, either in the form of a replacement or refund.

We recommend that you first Send a detailed email to customercare@ajio.com outlining your issue, including order details and any previous correspondence and request to Refund the ₹3000/-.

If not received any reply from the Ajio support team, escalate the issue with Grievance Officer at grievance.officer@ajio.com

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.
