Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my Samsung Galaxy A16 mobile phone, which I purchased on 06th July 2025. Unfortunately, the device’s battery burst within this short period, posing a serious safety risk.
After the incident, I immediately submitted the damaged phone to the Samsung Authorized Service Center for inspection and requested a refund or replacement. However, my request was rejected with the explanation that the battery burst occurred due to the phone being kept in tight pants. I strongly disagree with this conclusion, as it is not the actual cause of the battery failure.
This explanation appears to be an assumption without proper technical justification, and it seems to be an attempt to avoid responsibility and compensation. As a customer, I find this response unacceptable, especially from a reputed and trusted brand like Samsung. A mobile phone battery should not burst under normal daily usage conditions, and such an incident raises serious concerns about product safety and quality.
I have attached photos and supporting evidence related to the incident for your review. I kindly request a proper technical investigation of the device and a fair resolution, either in the form of a replacement or refund, at the earliest.
I hope Samsung will take this matter seriously and provide justice to the customer by addressing the issue transparently and responsibly. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
