I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Kidzee, Silicon City, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, concerning misrepresentation at the time of admission and non-fulfilment of a committed financial refund.

School Details:

Child Name- Trayaksh Moudgil

Class- Sr.KG

At the time of admission of my child, Trayaksh Moudgil, into the Nursery class, we were assured by the school authorities that there would be no academic progression issues related to age eligibility. Relying on this assurance, we proceeded with the admission.

It has now been conveyed that my child must repeat the Sr.KG class as he does not complete six years of age for Class 1 admission. This directly contradicts the assurance provided by the school at the time of admission and has resulted in academic loss and inconvenience.

Further, the school management had committed to transferring a balance amount as we transfer roorkee, uttarakhand from indore, madhya pradesh, which has not been fulfilled to date. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no response or resolution from the school Principal.

The above constitutes misguidance, lack of transparency, and deficiency in service.

We have carefully reviewed the details of your complaint against Kidzee Pre-school, Silicon City, Rau, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, under the supervision of Principal Ms. Richa Chaturvedi.

As per your submission, at the time of admission of your son Trayaksh Moudgil into the Nursery class, the school authorities explicitly assured you that there would be no age eligibility issues related to academic progression. Relying on this assurance, you proceeded with the admission. However, the school has now conveyed that your son must repeat the Sr. KG class as he does not complete six years of age by the time of Class 1 admission. This directly contradicts the verbal assurance provided by the school at the time of enrollment and has caused academic loss and significant inconvenience to your child and family.

Further, at the time of your relocation from Indore, Madhya Pradesh to Roorkee, Uttarakhand, the school management had committed to transferring a balance amount of ₹13,000 to you. Despite repeated follow-ups, this committed amount has not been transferred to date, and the school Principal has not responded to any of your communications.

The school's actions constitute misrepresentation at the time of admission, failure to honour a financial commitment, and a clear deficiency in service.
