I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Kidzee, Silicon City, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, concerning misrepresentation at the time of admission and non-fulfilment of a committed financial refund.

Child Name- Trayaksh Moudgil
Class- Sr.KG
At the time of admission of my child, Trayaksh Moudgil, into the Nursery class, we were assured by the school authorities that there would be no academic progression issues related to age eligibility. Relying on this assurance, we proceeded with the admission.
It has now been conveyed that my child must repeat the Sr.KG class as he does not complete six years of age for Class 1 admission. This directly contradicts the assurance provided by the school at the time of admission and has resulted in academic loss and inconvenience.
Further, the school management had committed to transferring a balance amount as we transfer roorkee, uttarakhand from indore, madhya pradesh, which has not been fulfilled to date. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no response or resolution from the school Principal.
The above constitutes misguidance, lack of transparency, and deficiency in service.
Kindly acknowledge this complaint and advise the resolution timeline.
