My name is VALLAPUREDDY SHARANYA, bought a TVS JUPITER 113 DISC ALLOY SXC with above description from TVS PRUDHVI AUTOCRAFT OPC PVT LTD. After very few days of the vehicle delivery, it has an ENGINE problem with a lot of vibration and other sounding/noise issues.
Asked the dealer for filing a complaint with TVS company before the vehicle registration itself and gave the vehicle for repair at Suncity, Gachibowli and Kondapur TVS landmark locations several times. Spent money for all these activities, yet the issue or problem still persists. Even after lot of follow ups, it is a very frustrating experience ever with TVS Motor company even after all the wait and several attempts of repair. So I have no other alternative than escalating this serious matter to your notice about the newly bought vehicle with TVS Landmark.

All the complaint and repair history can be gathered from all of these above mentioned TVS Landmark locations. I can also provide customer copies as well that I have with me.

As a customer, it is a demand to 'TVS PRUDHVI AUTOCRAFT OPC PVT LTD' with E-Mail : prudhviauto.acct@gmail.com to resolve the dispute immediately.

I purchased an electric vehicle from the EEVE showroom in Aul, Kendrapara, in February 2022. After two years, the batteries became damaged. Since the EEVE showroom had shut down, I had to replace the batteries at the authorized dealer in Chandabali. The replacement was carried out by Shri Ruturaj (Raj EEVE) of Jajpur Road in July 2024, at a cost of ₹17,500. This replacement came with a one-year warranty.

However, in October 2024, the batteries again became faulty. When I approached Shri Ruturaj for a replacement under warranty, he refused, claiming the issue was caused by a faulty...
