I have order a us polo shoes from Myntra. On 29 January.

When I received the product and open the box I got some random cheap shoes which I haven’t order so I complaint it about to there costumer care but every time they says from our end we have done investigation and we have sent to you correct product and seller refuses to return my product and everytime they closes the costumer support window by saying issue resolved .

We have reviewed the details and suggest you to ask the investigation report done by the Myntra, this is very important before filing case in the Consumer Forum.
