Respected Sir/Madam,
Please note I lodged a complaint (11013335244) on customer service of Airtel on 25th of June for network speed issue, over a month I took follow ups, but no resolution was provided.
The executive called me and asked for screen shot of speed test and then he vanished.
After waiting that much I got a message from airtel that your complaint has been resolved but it was not. They closed the complaint without my consent.
I again raised a complaint (11015240121) on 1 or 2 of August, one of the executives from airtel called me on Monday and asked few details like location and about the issue and then asked an OTP, so I asked him for why u need an OTP, he told for creating a service request (which was already open). I asked him to send the OTP and that OTP has to been given after the resolution of the problem. He was trying to fool me. I also asked the airtel team to take strict action against just fraudulent ways.
On Tuesday I went to airtel store and asked them if they can help, they took my number and asked to escalate things but just 1 hour after again I got a SMS that your complaint has been resolved.
How they can do this without my consent.
For this delay they also made a favour on 30th July of Rs.407 in bill of last month but the thing is my problem was not solved.
Kindly do the needful and take action.
