Complaint: On 30-Nov-2025 around 12 PM, at HMR Bakers near Ramaswamy Temple, Kareemabad, Warangal (506002), a shop charged ₹15 for each Thums Up glass bottle (MRP ₹10) and sold me 2 bottles for ₹30 via PhonePe. I requested a bill, but it was refused. Photos of bottles with MRP and transaction screenshot are attached. I request refund of excess ₹10 charged and strict action against the shop under Legal Metrology Act. Please take necessary action.
