I am writing to formally raise a complaint and request escalation regarding
my returned order and the unacceptable customer service experience I have
faced.

Return Date: Feb 3rd, 2026.

I returned the item exactly as received, strictly following Amazon’s return
instructions. However, I was informed that the refund would not be
processed on the grounds that an incorrect item was returned. This claim is
completely false.
I would like to clearly state that:
I returned the exact item that was delivered to me.
The return was completed through Amazon’s authorized return process.
I have fully complied with all return guidelines provided by Amazon.
In addition to this issue, I am extremely disappointed with the very poor
customer service I received. The support representatives were unhelpful,
dismissive, and disrespectful, and my concerns were not taken seriously. As
a loyal Amazon customer, this behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect
the service standards Amazon claims to uphold.

I respectfully request:
A proper investigation of my returned item (including warehouse
verification and return pickup records)
Immediate processing of my refund
Review of the customer service interaction I experienced
Please treat this matter as urgent and escalate it to the appropriate
senior team. I am willing to provide any further information required to
resolve this issue.
I expect a fair and prompt resolution.
