Dear Sir/Madam,
This is regarding Service Request SR00002QTMY5 raised on 23rd October for Account Number 4435844761. It’s now been over 10 days, and the issue remains unresolved. The committed resolution date was 24th October, yet not a single call or visit has been made by your technical team.
Due to this issue, we have been completely unable to use our TV for the last 10 days, which is absolutely unacceptable. Despite contacting customer care 30–40 times and even escalating the matter to the Nodal Officer, nothing has changed — only false promises, no action.
This level of negligence, irresponsibility, and lack of basic customer care from Jio is shocking. It’s disappointing to see a company of this scale showing such complete disregard for customers’ time and issues.
I am extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with this unprofessional handling. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no option but to terminate my Jio connection and escalate this matter further through all available channels.
I expect immediate action and a concrete update today itself — not another round of empty assurances.
