Hi Jio Team,

I am writing this mail to bring into your attention that last 5 days i am facing internet connectivity issue and customer care is closing my ticket without any resolution.

I raised a service request on 9 Sep 2025 for network issue. One engineer named Amit upadhyaay [09753776740- City Center Gwalior MP location] visited at home to check and he found fault in router. Then he said that he will replace router within next 24 hour and asked for happy code to close the ticket. I denied to give happy code without resolution.

He rescheduled next appointment without my permission.
Now this guy Amit is not taking call even after multiple follow-up.
I re-booked appointment for 12 sept 2025 again and no engineer visited till now.
On checking with jio support team i got to know that my issue is resolved and router is replaced. This is what they have updated as resolution.
But actually there is no router replaced , no visit done by amit uphadhyay.

I am struggling with this issue and there is no support provided. If jio team is not able to resolve the issue then please disconnect my connection.
Also please take this mail as an escalation mail.

  • Call 198 (toll-free Jio complaints) instead of the normal 1800-889-9999 helpline.
  • Ask them to escalate to Level-2 Nodal Officer since tickets are being closed without resolution.

Call 198 (toll-free Jio complaints) instead of the normal 06204–697–334 helpline.
Ask them to escalate to Level-2 Nodal Officer since tickets are being closed without resolution.
 
Dear Jio Fiber Team,

I am writing to escalate a serious issue regarding my Jio Fiber connection.

My service request SR00002SORAZ was raised over two days ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, no engineer has visited, and my internet is still not working. This prolonged outage has caused significant inconvenience, and the lack of response from your team is unacceptable.

If this issue is not resolved by tomorrow morning, 18th November, I will be left with no option but to:

Request cancellation of my Jio Fiber account, and

Initiate a full refund for the remaining period/installation charges.

Additionally, please be informed that if the matter continues to be ignored, I will take this forward to the Consumer Forum and proceed with a legal notice due to service negligence and failure to address the complaint within a reasonable timeline.

I expect immediate action and a resolution at the earliest.

I raise many time complient for internet not in my wifi fiber last 4 days your systems and customer support time ask me engineer assign but last 4 days only reschedule attendance done but no any engineer visit at home and wrongly ask for system house locked etc I am there and also my family there last 4 days no interest in my fiber now again customer support resudule for engineer but no any single visit at my house pls pls urgently support for this

Dear Jio Team,

I am facing a severe Jio network issue in my village.

Location: [Village :- Gouri Guda, native - village :- Gouri ,Post :- Khandava, District :- Gajapati, State :- Odisha, PIN :- 761206]
Mobile Number: [8260622474

Jio towers are present around my location:
- South side: approx. 1 km
- East side: approx. 2 km
- West side: approx. 3 km

Despite this, our entire village suffers from extremely poor network.
Indoor signal is almost zero and outdoor signal is also very weak.
Calls fail, voice breaks, and mobile data is unusable.

Multiple complaints have been raised earlier, but the issue is not resolved.
This appears to be a coverage shadow / antenna alignment problem.

I request Jio to please arrange a **site survey and network optimization** for our village at the earliest.

Kindly treat this as urgent.

I have installed jio air fiber in my house. From about a month I was facing slow internet and connectivity issue on all my devies and when I requested service the person they sent rebooted the device and went and my problem was not resolved twice . I am highly disappointed and I feel I wasted my money investing in jio air fiber either I want refund or I want router to be replaces
 
My jio number is +91-8313556689 I have upgraded my jio fiber plan from 399rs to 999rs and additionally I have paid 1000rs for setup box They have not installed the same even after 2 days after payment.as per the discussion with customer care jio they are not cancelling order neither refunding.. kindly look after this matter and provide immediate solution

I would like to bring to your kind notice an issue regarding a refund for my JioFiber connection at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.

I contacted JioFiber (Jio Office, Moti Manjil, Mathura, UP) for a new connection. A technician visited my residence and initially advised me to pay ₹4,443.46 for a JioFiber connection with set-top box for six months. Accordingly, I made the payment.

Later, the technician informed me that this plan was not available in the system and stated that the amount was actually for a one-year plan. He then advised me to take a new plan of ₹399 per month and asked me to pay ₹2,824.92. As instructed, I made this payment. Subsequently, I was again asked to pay ₹2,824.92 for the same plan, which I paid for the second time.

The technician assured me that a refund request of ₹4,443.46 would be raised the next day and that the amount would be credited to my account within two to three months. However, till date, no refund has been credited.

I have visited the Jio Office at Moti Manjil, Mathura multiple times regarding this matter, but unfortunately, there has been no proper response or effort to resolve my issue.

I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and arrange for the refund of ₹4,443.46 at the earliest. I shall be highly obliged for your prompt assistance.
