Iam writing to express my extreme distress and disappointment due to the continuous harassment my parents have been facing from your team regarding the delay in payment of 2 month's. As a Yes Bank customer for over 5 years, I was shocked by the unprofessional behavior of your collection manager.

Despite explaining my temporary financial difficulties due to job issues and committing to clear the amount by next month, your collection manager spoke rudely to my mother, using unacceptable language and tone. This behavior constitutes a clear case of harassment, especially given my mother's vulnerable position.

I request to takes immediate and necessary action against the collection manager. And so also need banking ombudsman attention to this matter, I will also file a complaint with the Women's Commission regarding the harassment. And the collection manager threaten my mother very rudely

I value my relationship with Yes Bank but expect a higher level of professionalism from your team. I hope you will address this issue promptly.
