Respected Sir/Madam,


I, R MODHA NANDHA, am filing this complaint against Xpressbees Courier Service for delivering empty package, wrong items, and incorrect products, causing me monetary loss, mental stress, and waste of valuable time.


Below are the details of the incidents:




1️⃣ Order Number: FN6092708490


  • The package delivered by Xpressbees contained only an empty box.
  • The ordered watch was missing completely.
  • This clearly indicates negligence or mishandling during delivery.



2️⃣ Order Number: FN6092700452


  • I received a product with a different colour and different design from what I ordered.
  • This is a wrong product delivery and shows failure in their delivery verification process.



3️⃣ Order Number: 5092705678


  • The item delivered was completely different from what I ordered.
  • This again shows careless handling and irresponsible delivery.



Impact on Me:


  1. My money has been wasted due to wrong and missing deliveries.
  2. My time has been wasted in contacting support without solutions.
  3. I faced mental stress and inconvenience due to repeated delivery failures.
  4. Despite raising complaints, no proper response or resolution has been provided.



This amounts to:


  • Deficiency in service
  • Unfair trade practice
  • Negligence in handling goods
  • Failure to deliver items as promised



I Request the Honourable Consumer Court to Order the Following:


  1. Full refund for all incorrect/missing items.
  2. Replacement of wrong items with correct products (if applicable).
  3. Compensation for mental stress, harassment, and time wasted.
  4. Penalty/fine on Xpressbees for negligence and deficiency of service.
  5. Any other relief deemed fit by the Honourable Court.
