Details of the Complaint
- In September 2024, me and my wife, Mrs Tejaswini Atul Kalkundrikar purchased a holiday package worth Rs. 55,000/- from Vistarao International.
- The company assured confirmed holiday bookings and other travel-related benefits as part of the package.
- After receiving the payment, the company failed to provide any services as promised.
- Repeated attempts to contact the company through phone calls went unanswered. Their phone numbers have been unreachable since shortly after the payment.
- I have been following up via email since our enrollment, but the company has only sent vague replies without any resolution or confirmation of services.
- Till date, no services have been provided and no refund has been issued, amounting to clear cheating, fraud, and deficiency of services.

I humbly request the Hon’ble Commission to:
- Direct Vistarao International to refund the full amount of Rs. 55,000/- with applicable interest.
- Award compensation for mental harassment, inconvenience, and loss of time spent in follow-ups.
- Take appropriate action against the company for unfair trade practices and misleading consumers.
