Respondent: Vintron Customer Support / Vintron Pvt. Ltd.
Order Details:
Order Number: #VFT8625
Order Date: 11th September 2025
Product: Earbuds advertised at Rs. 299 during Vintron’s anniversary sale
Nature of Complaint:
I purchased the above product in good faith expecting delivery as per the advertised offer. After payment, I was informed that the product would not be delivered and that I would receive only a store coupon redeemable on their platform.
The advertisement and promotional material did not clearly mention any product quantity limitations. The Terms & Conditions reference a cap of 1000 products, but this was not prominently disclosed at the time of purchase.
This constitutes a misleading business practice and may be considered a violation of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Relief Sought:
Immediate fulfillment and delivery of the product I paid for; or
Full refund of Rs. 299, as I did not consent to receiving store credit in place of the product.
Supporting Documents:
Copy of order confirmation
Screenshots of promotional material
Any communication from Vintron regarding the coupon
Declaration:
I request the Hon’ble Consumer Court to take necessary action against the respondent for unfair trade practices and ensure appropriate relief.
