I Pradeep Kumar onduty Army person S/o Kiranpal of village Sehla district Ambala received a letter from uttar haryana bijli vitran nigam regarding some electricity theft .I would like to bring it to your notice that my family faced some electricity issue following which the only person my mother and wife at home put complaint in electricity board about it . Following which some person from board who visited told that meter which is on electricity pole outside on road will be checked as it was not working as we agreed to there plea meter was removed from pole and then taken for further checking .During investigation meter was full sealed and didn’t work so they broke the meter After all the process we got to know two wires were disconnected following which they have imposed hefty fine and offence of theft under section 135,138 of electricity act -2003 on me.
I request you to look into this matter as meter was outside my home and No hampering had been done with meter by me and my family .
I humbly request you to help us in sorting this issue so that i can take further step in resolving it at soonest .
