I am writing to file a formal complaint against Traya Health (Get the Best Hair loss Treatment & Diagnosis | Traya Health), a company that provides hair loss treatment solutions. I availed of their services based on their advertising and consultation, which promised visible hair regrowth through their customized treatment plans.
Despite following their prescribed routine and using the recommended products consistently for the advised duration, I did not see any noticeable improvement or hair regrowth. I feel that the company’s claims were misleading and the service provided was deficient, causing me financial loss and mental distress.

I request you to kindly take appropriate action against Traya Health for unfair trade practices and deficiency in service, and to help me obtain a fair resolution.
I am enclosing copies of relevant documents such as order confirmations, payment receipts, treatment plans, and any correspondence with the company for your perusal.
