I booked a room through this website and I wanted to make some changes. Unable to find answers through the app, I searched their customer care number on the internet. I called the number and it went to a scammer who, under the pretext of making a refund to me, conned me out of Rs. 39005. I believed the person because I had called the customer care number as listed on the internet under the company name. I believe that the company should be held responsible for not being vigilant enough and to allow scammers to use their logo with a fake phone number. Throughout the conversation the company's logo was visible on the "representative's" side.
I would like the company to take responsibility and refund the money that I have lost for no fault of mine.
