Hi,
I, the Complainant, placed an online order with TECVOZA on 5th Jan 2026 for E-Paper Note B751 and paid ₹1799.00. However, on delivery, I received a fake / wrong product ,(attached images for your reference) completely different from what was advertised and ordered.
Despite multiple attempts to contact the company through calls/messages/emails, TECVOZA has not responded and has failed to provide any refund or replacement. This amounts to deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and cheating.
It has also come to my knowledge that many other customers have been similarly cheated by the Opposite Party through online fraud.
Due to this, I have suffered financial loss and mental harassment. Its my kind request to you help me to give justice for this fraud. And my kind request please take action against this fraud company and block their website and send notifications all the social media about this fraudulent. I dont want any other person get suffer from this company again. Attaching all the images of communication they made and they are very wise frauds.
