The services have been erratic since Jan 2025 and they hv been stopped in Aug 2025 (1015215492)
Numerous calls to call centre seeking account details more so because I was away for 5+ months after full year loaded connection in 2024. The app giving details of debits of only ~ 450 a month were not reflecting a true picture.
Pending resolution I loaded for three ott items for three months for 500 or so as per ur ads and was astonished to see that whole amount vanished in a day. Calls go unresolved without follow up. no escalation procedures set. App gives account details of 6 months that too a reset program detail. Executives attending calls are not able to trace accounts. when they collect 12 months upfront premium subscription despite an approved holiday break amounts were debited fully , inferior services configured without consent. At present i am not able to avail services at all
