On July 3rd, 2025 I tried to renew my Binge subscription. I paid amount 299 and it was deducted from my bank, but my Binge account didn't get activated. It's still showing to pay money. There is no customer support in the website only FAQ's that says to wait for 5-7 days if amount doesn't get active contact your payment provider. I did the payment through Paytm called them and my bank too regarding this issue they both saying that we only do transactions its responsibility of Tata Play to provide your service. I even mailed to Tata Play DTH service because there is no way to contact Binge but it's no use too.
