I am seeking legal guidance regarding a grievance with Swiggy for an order that was falsely marked as delivered.
Order Details:
I did not receive the above-mentioned order at all. However, the order was marked as “delivered” in the system without my confirmation or actual receipt.
From 8:30 PM onwards, I continuously attempted to contact the assigned delivery partner for more than 3.5 hours, but there was no response from their side.
Simultaneously, I contacted Swiggy customer support multiple times during this period. However:

If the issue is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate the matter legally.

- The responses provided were inadequate and inconsistent
- I was given misleading updates about the delivery status
- No concrete action was taken to locate the order or resolve the issue
- False marking of delivery without customer receipt
- Lack of accountability from the delivery partner
- Poor and ineffective customer support
- Mental stress and inconvenience caused due to prolonged follow-ups
Relief Sought:
- Full refund of the order amount
- Proper investigation into the incident
- Accountability for the delivery partner and support team
I would like to know:
- What legal remedies are available in this situation?
- Can this be taken to the consumer court under deficiency of service?
- What evidence should I submit to strengthen my case?
If the issue is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate the matter legally.
