I, Dr. Mohammed Imran residing in Koothanallure, TVR District, Tamil Nadu, am writing to file a complaint against Mr. Sakthivel of J.K Electricals and Pipes, located at 60, VRM Road, Thiruvarur. Mr. Sakthivel +91 7708971676

On 21st October 2024, I purchased and installed a Perware product for water treatment from the aforementioned supplier. Unfortunately, the product failed to function as expected. Despite Mr. Sakthivel's assurance that he would replace the faulty product or resolve the issue, he has not responded to my calls or taken any action to address the problem.

I feel cheated and request immediate intervention from the consumer court to either get a replacement for the faulty product or a full refund.

Attached is the invoice for your reference.
