1. I, the complainant, purchased a product titled Earcare Powder and Natural Earcare Capsules from SS Herbal on 13th August 2025, for a total amount of ₹2500 (Order No: AWB#11040111560366).

2. After consuming the product, I experienced increased blood pressure and other side effects. Thus, I found the product unsuitable and potentially unsafe for use.

3. As per SS Herbal’s return policy, I requested a return and refund through email and customer care, but received no response despite multiple follow-ups over 25 days.

4. On failing to receive any support, I sent a formal notice giving them 3 days to respond or face legal action. Even after this, there was no reply.

5. This shows deficiency of service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
