  • The agreed service was that Srinivaas/VSource Staffing would assist me to secure a job.
  • Despite repeated follow-ups (calls, messages, emails) over [one year], the consultancy has failed to refund an amount as unable to provide a job.
  • I have also requested refund multiple times, but they have made excuses and avoided compliance.
  • I have documentary evidence: payment receipts, transaction bank statements, emails, chat / WhatsApp messages, call logs etc.
4. Relief / What I Seek
I request NCH’s assistance in directing the consultancy to either:

  1. Refund the full amount of ₹ 50,000 (plus interest, if applicable) to me within a stipulated time.
In the absence of redressal, I intend to escalate the matter to the consumer court and also file a criminal complaint for cheating / fraud.

5. Enclosures / Attachments
Please find attached scans / digital copies of:

  • Payment evidence (bank transfer / transaction slip)
