I enrolled with Simandhar Education LLP for professional coaching and paid fees through an education loan. At the time of admission, I was not clearly informed about the refund policy and cancellation conditions. I requested cancellation and refund soon after admission, but my refund request was rejected.
Important terms and conditions were not properly disclosed before admission. The invoice was generated after admission, and the institute failed to provide complete information regarding refund restrictions before taking my consent and payment.
Due to non-disclosure of material facts and refusal to process my refund request, I have suffered financial loss and mental harassment. I request refund of my fees of ₹65,000 along with appropriate compensation and necessary action against the institute.
