Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Sequel Safety Training and Consulting Institute - Chennai, regarding their failure to register me for the NEBOSH IGC examination despite receiving full payment of (50K+20K) 07 months ago in August 2024.

Despite their promises, the institute has failed to register me for the examination for seven consecutive months, with the NEBOSH examination being held every month. This is a clear breach of their commitment and has caused me significant distress and inconvenience.

Furthermore, institute members have made repeated promises to register me, including assurances of "100% registration" in January 2025 and February 2025, which they have failed to fulfill. This pattern of behavior suggests a lack of accountability and a disregard for their clients' interests.

In our communication, they committed to compensating me three times the paid fee along with the amount I paid if they failed to register me for the 05 March 2025 examination. However, they are now intentionally ignoring my communications, and I have been left with no recourse but to seek your intervention.

I request that you take immediate action to investigate this complaint and hold Sequel Safety Training and Consulting Institute - Chennai accountable for their actions. I demand a refund of my course fee, compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused, and action against the institute for their unethical business practices.

I have attached a copy of my payment receipt, communication records, and a detailed timeline of the failed registration attempts for your reference.

No update sir, Ever since I have been trying to connect that institution concern personals but deliberately my communications were ignored. Not answering to my calls, messages and emails. I'm requesting you to please guide me and provide necessary support. Get me out of this.

1- I took admission in M.sc(Botany) at Pranavi Distance Education ,ijjavaram near naupada railway station ,tekkali ,Dist-srikakulam ,pin 532212 ,Andhra pradesh in 19.7.2023 which comes under Sri venkateswar univerity & paid fees of 17500.
2-After few days i contact the college for books & exam quary ..but the college staff said that university did send any notice to conduct exam .Several time they replyed same answer .
