Sub:- Complaint against Royaloak Incorporation Private Limited 4th floor,No 5, Raj Square, Vijaya Bank Colony Main Road, Banaswadi Ring Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka- 560043 for not honoring its promises as a services (goods) provider, even after receiving the full payment and acknowledging the payment in advance.
Sir,
The party as mentioned in the subject was paid Rs. 32000/- (thirty two thousand only) online on 23.08.2025 for supplying one sofa-cum-bed to this applicant
but has failed to supply the same till date even after accepting the order and has refused to refund the money.
The facts of the matter are as follows:-
1 . That the applicant ordered the supply of a Sofa-cum-bed from the party mentioned in subject on 23.08.2025 and in lieu of the services (goods) made online payment of Rs.32000/-(thirty two thousand only).That an acknowledgement of the receipt was also received by email. It also stated that the process of the supply of the article was started. The (party) agreed to supply the said goods. (Annexure I).
2. After delay in delivering the said goods, a complaint
was made to the vendor agency on 17.09.2025 and the Royaloak party apologized for the delay in the delivery and mailed that the product will be delivered within 8 to 10 days. (Annexure II).
3. 25.09.2025 When the article was not received within a reasonable time and as the applicant started to suffer a lot for the lack of the furniture for which a full payment was done in advance, a complaint regarding the delay was made again to the Royaloak, India and informed about the hardships faced by the applicant (Party) - (Annexure II)
4. Royaloak informed by mail on 06.09.2025 that the article would be dispatched by next week. (Annexure II)
5. The applicant again made a detailed complaint to Royaloak India (Party) on 03.10.2025 and stated how in past days Royaloak India had made false promises and how the applicant was afraid of being defrauded. The applicant also requested the costumer care concerned to bring the matter to the notice of the two founder CEOs of the Institutions. But to no avail. Yet through another mail the applicant wrote to the costumer care that the phones of the applicant where not being picked at costumer care.It was also requested to return the paid money with compensation ( Annexure III and Annexure IV)
6. Yet another complaint was made to the Royaloak on 06.10.2025 and requested to cancel the order in the given circumstances and refund the money.
(Annexure IV).
7. Royaloak apologized for the delay on 18.10.2025 and promised to dispatch the product within 04 days. But it proved to be a false promise.( Annexure IV).
8. The applicant again made a complaint to Royaloak India on 28.10.2025 about non- delivery of the purchased article and requested to cancel the order in the given circumstances and inform the CEOs about the matter. Also again requested to refund the money and pay compensations for the hardships faced by the applicant. The good was not delivered. (Annexure V)
9. The applicant again made a complaint on 22.11.2025 to Royaloak India about non- delivery of the purchased article and requested to cancel the order in the given circumstances. Also again requested to refund the money and pay compensations for the mental harassment caused to and hardships faced by the applicant.
(Annexure VI).
10. Royaloak India (Party) apologized for the delay on 25.11.2025 , accepted the delay but put a condition on cancellation of the order whereby it would not refund the money, it would issue a credit note against which, as a rider, the petitioner has to buy an article against the note within a year. Even though the Roayal Oak has erred so seriously, in place of refunding the money, it is setting unilateral conditions which is highly unethical and tortuous. (Annexure VI).
11. 17.01.2025 The applicant rejected the conditions on 17.01.2026 as placed by the Royaloak (Party) and requested them to refund the money and pay compensation.(Annexure VII).
following the facts as mentioned above and the evidences attached it is
requested that :-

1. That since the purchased sofa-cum-bed was never delivered to this applicant, the sum Rs. 32000/- paid to the party be refunded in the same account
from which the payment was made.
2. As described above, the whole process caused a lot of hard ships to this applicant and this applicant felt tortured for a long time and is steel suffering, a suitable compensation be ordered in fever of this applicant.
3. The audacity with which the party made false promises and has tried to defraud the whole sum paid, the party may be fined heavily for such breach of trust and abandoning the agreement and showing fraudulent intent.
4. That the party shall succeed in its attempted to defraud others in absence of an order of the president, Patna consumer court, Patna.
5. Requesting to pass such an order that would be a exemplary in nature and would discourage the party to try such things again in future and would be an example for others too.
I would appear before the Honorable Court with a sworn affidavit regarding this, as and when directed.

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online
complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide


If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.

After completing all the above steps, revert us if not received any positive response.
