Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind Notice that I am a subscriber of Jio febre against my registered mobile number 9051277442 against Nirupam Banerjee.
The connection was given to my residence at MAYUR, H/O Justice Sudhir Sing, Road No 6, Rajendranagar, Patna 800016.
Since I was shifting from the address to a new address I had raissed a request on 22nd october 2025 for relocation of the connection to my new Address for uninstallation of the WiFi and connection on 26th October 2025. but Jio failed to attend the request and accordingly I had to reschedule the request for 28th October 2025. that was also not attended by JIO even after repeated call to the customer care. almost 10 times I called the customer care and informed that I am releasing the room on 29th morning and they will not have access to the Room. Even i called your good office on 28th October to get the uninstallation done but I was told by your office that they are unable to assign any engineer so I should carry the device to my new location and they are arranging for installation of the device. accordingly I disconnected the device and carried it to my new address. It is 31st of October but still no engineer is assigned for installation. In between I found one Sr number shared by JIO to me bearing number SR00002R99PJ which is further cancelled without giving any reason.
Now my concern is I had to pay Rs 1200/- for raising the relocation request and I had also paid advance rental for the connection and is paid till 2nd january 2025.
as per my understanding JIO is not al all interested to continu the relation ship with me further and I am also truly fade up with the behavior of the entire JIO team from installation team/uninstallation team customer care and greatly annoyed with such irrational behavior.
hence request you kindly arrange for return of the device from my new address with proper receipt and refunf of the amount of Rs1200/- paid towards raising the relocation request and the advance rental paid for retaining the connection post deducting the charges for usage upto 29th October 2025.
