I am filing this complaint against Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. for failing to provide the promised Jio AirFiber installation and for showing complete negligence in communication after collecting payment from me.
Details of the Complaint:
On 18th October 2025, I booked a Jio AirFiber connection and made a payment of ₹1,000 as booking/installation charges. The company assured that installation would be completed within a few days. However, as of 25th October 2025, no installation has been done.
Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no response from the Jio team through calls, messages, or emails. Their representatives have failed to provide any valid update or installation timeline. This unprofessional conduct and lack of communication raise serious concerns and make it appear that the company is misleading customers and scamming people by collecting payments without providing the service.
This behavior amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

- Directions to the company to investigate and stop such practices of taking payments without timely service or communication.
