Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to report a complaint against Rapido for charging an excessive fare for a cab ride on 08 February 2026 11:02 AM . The ride details are as follows:

- Pickup: Vihana Mitribute Homes, Keshav Nagar
- Drop: Little Earth Society, Mahalunge Farm
- Booking Fare: ₹501
- Actual Fare Charged: ₹1116 (paid via UPI)

Despite my objection, the driver insisted on the higher amount, and I was forced to pay to avoid inconvenience. When I contacted Rapido's support, they claimed the transaction is not in their records, leaving me without recourse.

I request your assistance in addressing this unfair trade practice and seeking a refund of the excess amount charged (₹615). Please find the details attached:
