I want to submit a formal complain against Airtel service for the above mentioned issue. I ve register my complain more than 10 times through thanks app, emails to customer care, email to appellant authority but the service not at all improved and customer care didn't even bother to reply my msg rather they send auto generated reply giving date ,of sorting out problem, after 15-20 days after that they don't even register any new complain.it so frustrating as I m facing this issue since one month. It's my official connection and their poor service hampers my work performance.it is causing huge monitoring loss and also tarnishing my image in my work place that took years to build up. Please register this problem and take appropriate action and must raise questions against their indifferent behaviour towards their consumers.
