Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Rashidul Islam, Proprietor of M/s Mona Melody House, located at Agomani, Kaldoba Part-1, District – Dhubri, Assam, PIN – 783335, would like to file a formal complaint against Paytm Company regarding their negligence in service.

I have been using a Paytm card swiping machine (POS) for my business transactions. However, the said machine has been out of order for the past seven months. Despite several complaints and follow-ups with Paytm customer support, no technician or representative has visited to repair or replace the machine.

Due to this prolonged delay and lack of response, my business has been facing significant inconvenience and financial loss. The inaction from Paytm amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act.

Therefore, I kindly request the Hon’ble Court to take necessary action against the concerned company and direct them to either restore or replace the defective machine at the earliest, and to compensate for the losses incurred due to their negligence.

I am enclosing copies of relevant documents such as purchase receipts, complaint references, and communication records with Paytm for your kind perusal.
