Actually my Haier washing machine's inlet pipe was letting the water continuously once started the machine and my outlet pipe was had small damage, so it was dripping, we try to change the outlet pipe, but we did not get the haier's pipe.So, On 27 January 2026, contacted orvigo repair services from just dial, for washing machine service, on 28 th two members came from ORVIGO service centre for repair.He asked me the complaint, and i shown him, he asked me about the drum and spin working or not, i shown him working , everything was perfect except that water inlet.He checked the machine and he said, water gone inside motherboard, so the sensor got damaged, need to change the motherboard,it cost around Rs.5250 including outlet pipe.and 90 days warranty, in the middle of anything happened will service by ourselves. After discussing with my husband through call, I said ok. He took my machine' s motherboard and he said, he will do repair in their service centre And he asked me to pay 2000 in advance. I paid. He took the motherboard and he came after 2 hours and he fixed, when he was fixing, I went to prepare tea for them. when am coming he was attaching the outlet pipe, I asked him, why you didn't bring haier's pipe, he said, this also haier's pipe. He put glue in outlet pipe, and he said don't use the machine for 6 hours as he applied glue in the outlet pipe. Already 4 pm in that time. I received the ashing machine descaling powder from him for Rs.900., total amount now 5250+ 900 =Rs.6150, already paid 2000 in advance, so paid remaining amount Rs.4150 through phone pe. And i askedhim about the bill and warranty, he said with in 1 hour you will receive to the registed mobile number. So that day I did not use the machine. Next day morning when I started the machine all water came out from outlet pipe. So immediately i stopped the machine and we contacted him, and he asked to send the video. And he came with original Haier pipe, when I went to him, he was doing something near to the outlet pipe, I asked what's the problem, he said that, there was some dust so am cleaning, then he told me that in haier machine the outlet pipe should keep 80 - to 100 cm above otherwise blockage will occur, and he kept the pipe in side as hanging upward,he started the machine and the inlet problem was fine. He said after washing done keep the outlet pipe done, then will be ok. And he asked me to pay Rs.220 for changing another pipe. I paid that also. I asked him about the bill, and" he asked me did you receive receipt, ok I will send you once I reach office".And he left immediately, after 15 mts, washing done I kept the outlet pipe. That time only I came to know i completed damaged my machine, the water is not holding inside the drum, rinse is not working, spin is not working, some noise was coming, timer changing automatically, i called him immediately, "he said, just now changed know mam, that's why it's happening, keep the dress inside and try then call me " I tried with clothes, same thing happened, i called him, no answer at all....then i called my husband and i informed about this as he is not in town, he contacted the. Orvigo owner, he said, I will ask him and call you back, after that he didn't respond to him, so I got his number from him and I called, then he said, he is not answering my call also. I'll call you once he answered.then day by day their reason was differ, no answer for the calls and messages , if I call the owner, he said I don't know, I'll try to arrange, no proper response.Finally my husband told him, to repair or refund, Finally he came on 10 th February 2026, he checked and he said, I did service in Sarjapur branch, they didn't do it well, it's their mistake, so I'll take the motherboard to my main branch for service and he left. After few hours he called and said, there is some problem in your machine so you have to pay again 4500 and I'll do it for Rs. 3500. We said we can't pay, and he send out motherboard through porter from vasanth nager to muthsandra. I lost my 5250.the owner also not responding properly.tody am calling and messaging for the bills he is not responding. The owner also saying he don't know, he didn't receive money from me. Finally i got only stressed, and cheated. My husband doesn't want to argue with him as he is repeating same thing, no use so he asked me to cooldown. But i couldn't be like that, they might cheat others also like me...kindly do the action as they should not do anything to anyone else.Thank you
