Subject: Complaint Against Online Loan Fraud in the Name of Mudra Yojana
Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Pranay Shah wish to file a formal complaint regarding an online loan fraud committed against my wife Mrs. Shivali Shah.
- My wife was approached by an individual/group claiming to offer a loan under the Mudra Yojana scheme.
- They asked her to pay ₹5,200 as refundable processing charges. Believing it to be genuine, she made the payment.
- Immediately after receiving the amount, they demanded an additional ₹15,000 claiming it was for G.S.T and file approval, and that this too would be refundable.
- After collecting the money, the fraudsters stopped responding and have neither provided the loan nor refunded the amount.
- This is a clear case of online financial fraud, using the name of a government scheme (Mudra Yojana) to cheat innocent people.
