I am filing this serious complaint against Ola Electric and the Ujala Ahmedabad Ola Service Center for gross negligence, theft of essential vehicle components, financial loss, mental harassment, and complete lack of accountability.
Earlier, I had already filed Grievance No. 8166919
on the INGRAM portal regarding poor handling, delays, and unprofessional behavior by the same service center. Unfortunately, no resolution has been provided till date.
My Ola S1 Air was kept at the Ujala Ahmedabad Service Center for service, and during this period, several major parts of my vehicle were stolen, including:
Shockingly, the service center never informed me about this theft. I came to know only when I visited the center after almost two weeks. When I questioned the staff, they casually replied that they would “fix it in 1–2 months,” which clearly reflects gross negligence and possible misconduct.
I have also filed a complaint at the local police station, but no effective action has been taken. My vehicle is still incomplete, and I am suffering continuous financial loss, mental stress, and daily inconvenience.
Recently, when I visited the Ujala service center, I found that the entire center has been closed for the last 10–15 days. There are no staff members, no manager, and no responsible authority present—only a security guard. Till today, nobody from Ola Electric has contacted me or provided any written update or solution.
This situation clearly demonstrates complete failure of service, accountability, and customer support from Ola Electric and its authorized service partner.
Considering the theft, negligence, mental harassment, and the vehicle being unusable for a long period, I respectfully request the following compensation and relief:

Relief / Compensation Requested
Considering the theft, negligence, mental harassment, and the vehicle being unusable for a long period, I respectfully request the following compensation and relief:
- ₹1,50,000 (One lakh fifty thousand) – As refund/reimbursement towards the value of my Ola S1 Air and the stolen parts.
- ₹2,00,000 (Two lakh) – As compensation for mental harassment, stress, inconvenience, and physical hardship caused over several months due to the negligence of the service center and lack of support from Ola Electric.
- Strict disciplinary action against the staff members involved in negligence, mishandling, and possible misconduct.
- Immediate written resolution and closure of this grievance from Ola Electric along with a proper timeline.
