Respected Sir/Madam,
My name is Rajan Koringa. I purchased an *Ola S1 Pro 2nd Generation* from the authorized showroom of *Ola Electric* located near my home (approximately 3–4 km away) in Morbi.
Vehicle Details:
* Model: Ola S1 Pro 2nd Generation
* Registration Number: GJ36AK3053
While riding my scooter, it suddenly slipped, and I fell down, resulting in injuries to me and significant damage to the scooter, including the handle and other parts.
Immediately after the incident, I contacted the nearest Ola service center in Morbi. However, the service center was closed and no staff was available. After some time, when it reopened, I submitted my damaged scooter there for insurance claim and repair.
Unfortunately, the Morbi showroom/service center denied my claim and refused to repair the vehicle. They instructed me to take the scooter to the Rajkot service center for claim processing and repairs. The Rajkot service center is approximately 70–80 km away from my residence. Since the scooter’s handle is damaged, it is not safe or possible to ride it such a long distance. Transporting the vehicle to Rajkot would also cause additional financial burden and risk.
It is unreasonable and unfair to deny service at the nearest authorized service center when it is available in my city. This has caused me mental stress, physical inconvenience, and financial difficulty.
Therefore, I respectfully request the Consumer Authority to:
1. Direct Ola Electric and the Morbi showroom to process my insurance claim immediately.
2. Instruct them to repair my scooter at the Morbi service center on an urgent basis.
3. Take appropriate action against the company and showroom for negligence and deficiency in service.
I request your kind support in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
