My claim of hospitalization was rejected on co payment basis and i had filed a complaint with ombudsman Noida, who has given judgment in our favor and directed insurance company to pay the amount to us, Which was not compiled by insurance company and we filled repeated complaints and sent regular mails to insurance companies officials including complaint redearsal and grievance officer along with reminders to ombudsman but nothing happened that is why i want to find a case under Consumer court.
