I am writing to formally address the significant damage that occurred to my vehicle following a service appointment at Ambernath workshop TVS AUTOMOBILE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (myTVS)

The original request on 27 April 2025 was solely for the cleaning of the EGR Valve, which was quoted at ₹4,000.
On May 11, 2025, a payment of ₹33,000 was made. However, immediately after the car was washed, it failed to start. According to myTVS Expert Technicial, Dhananjay Sakpal, the subsequent issues—including damage to the ECU and engine—were a direct result of water exposure during the washing process.
This chain of events clearly indicates negligence and improper handling of my vehicle.
I am formally claiming compensation for the following:
1. Damages incurred to my vehicle as a result of your negligence.
2. The full cost of additional repairs required to restore the car to its pre-service condition.
3. Travel expenses accrued over the past six months due to the car being under repair.
I expect a prompt response regarding how
