I, Bala Subrahmanyam Voruganti, a resident of Hyderabad, Telangana, wish to file a formal complaint against Mart Connect Services, for failing to delivery my documents in the stipulated time and not giving any details on the correct status of the documents. Mart Connect has a tie up with Mee Seva Telangana to delivery the documents applied online by consumers. I had applied for encumbrance certificate on 19th Dec 2025. It should be delivered to my at Hyderabad in 5 working days. It is 02nd January and I have not received the document. My Load Disbursements got affected as this EC was not submitted in Original. I was continuously contacting their office on the number 8499044066. After making 10 to 15 calls he answers one. The person was never ready to share the status of the shipment or the tracking details. He cuts the call abruptly with the response that wait till 1600 hrs for the post to arrive. It never arrives. this the same response for last 4 days. They do not respond on WhatsApp as well.
I had to reapply for the document and take it personally.
