I raise a complaint against Mainstreet Marketplace for failing to deliver the product I ordered, as well as refusing to refund my money despite repeated follow-ups.
On May 22, 2025, I placed an order through Mainstreet Marketplace for a Casio watch model AE-1200WHL-5AV, priced at ₹4,049 including shipping charges. They promised a delivery time of 28 days.
However, even after the promised period, I did not receive the product. I tried reaching out to their customer care but was unable to connect through any official helpline. The only available communication was via WhatsApp on the numbers +91 9137255719 and +91 8602727207, where responses were inconsistent and delayed.
Later, I was informed that the product I had originally ordered was not available, and they refused to refund the amount I had paid. Instead, they asked me to select an alternate product. Based on their assurance, I chose another model: Casio Standard AE1200WHUB-8AV.
They confirmed its availability and offered a ₹500 voucher. The new product’s cost was ₹5,049 including ₹250 shipping charges, so I paid an additional ₹500 via UPI on June 23, 2025.
They again promised delivery within 28 days, but as of today, I have neither received the product nor a refund. Repeated follow-ups via WhatsApp only resulted in vague replies, and despite promises of sharing tracking details, nothing has been provided.
