I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Livpure Water Purifier Service for neglecting my service request.
I request the Consumer Forum to kindly:
- Service Request Date: 11th January 2026
- Issue: Despite raising a service request, no technician has visited my premises to resolve the problem.
- Customer Care Response: The customer care executive provided me with the contact details of the location head and in‑charge. However, they too have neglected my repeated follow‑ups.
- Impact: Due to this negligence, I am compelled to purchase drinking water from outside to survive, which is causing financial and health inconvenience.
I request the Consumer Forum to kindly:
- Direct Livpure to immediately resolve my service issue.
- Ensure compensation for the hardship and additional expenses incurred.
- Take appropriate action to prevent such negligence in the future.
