Subject: Complaint against KreditBee Team for Harassment of Parents

Dear KreditBee Team,

I am writing to express my extreme distress and disappointment due to the continuous harassment my parents have been facing from your team regarding the delay in payment of the current month's EMI.

Despite my efforts to communicate with your team and explain my situation, your representatives have been repeatedly calling and harassing my parents, causing them significant mental stress and anxiety. This behavior is unacceptable and has crossed all boundaries of decency.

I request you to immediately stop the harassment of my parents and communicate with me directly regarding any payment-related issues. I am willing to work with your team to find a solution to this situation.

I would like to bring this matter to the attention of the Banking Ombudsman for further assistance and resolution.

My loan details are as follows:

- Loan Account Number: KB240828EIUZJ
- Loan Amount: ₹50,000
- EMI Amount: ₹4,777

The telecalling mobile number used by your team to harass my parents is +916364935591.

I request you to take immediate action to resolve this matter and prevent any further harassment of my parents.

I have attached a copy of my loan agreement and communication records with your team for your reference.

If the harassment continues, I will be forced to take legal action against KreditBee under the following laws:

- Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for criminal intimidation
- Section 507 of the IPC for criminal intimidation by anonymous communication
- The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for unfair trade practices
- The Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 for deficiency in service

I hope you will take necessary actions to resolve this matter at the earliest.
