I am filing a formal complaint against JioMart for refusing a refund on a spoiled and unsafe food product. I received a pack of Pro Nature Organic Raw Peanuts that is completely spoiled. The peanuts are shriveled, discolored, and covered in a powdery residue, which are signs of improper storage and potential mold contamination.

Even though the product is within the Use By date of March 2026, it is unfit for human consumption. Despite providing clear photo evidence, JioMart is refusing to provide a return or refund option and is instead forcing a replacement. Under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, I have the right to a full refund for a defective and hazardous product. Forcing a replacement for a food safety issue is unacceptable.

Request: I request the Consumer Court to direct JioMart to issue a full refund to my original payment method immediately.
