Hi Jio Team,
I am writing this mail to bring into your attention that I am facing internet connectivity (4G) issue and customer care is closing my ticket without any resolution.
I raised a service request on 27 October 2025 for 4G network issue of my JIO FIBER. Three or four times called at customer care and the person tried to resolve it over phone for 1-2 hours but it was not resolved then a service request number SR00002R9QZ1 was raised for my Jio Fixed VOICE NUMBER +915913550197 and an appointment with a Jio Service Engineer was fixed for 30.10.2025. An engineer JATIN SAINI (+919412333481) visited my premises and found fault in router. He told me to replace the router and went back to bring router but he didn’t change the router and could not resolve and submitted his remark that my door closed and kept the request on hold. We contacted the customer care then it was again rescheduled for same day but no one visited again it was rescheduled for 31.10.2025 for engineer (Pawan Saini) but again no one visited. I called to customer care and they replied that your complaint is hold for OTP verification. Neither had I received any OTP nor any engineer visited and even the engineer (JATIN SAINI) who visited was absolutely incompetent and rude in his behaviour and careless for his services and damaging the image of JIO. On checking with Jio support team I got to know that visit of engineer is completed but no one has visited after it has been rescheduled and my router has not been replaced nor my issue is resolved even after almost 7-8 days.
I am struggling with this issue and there is no support provided. I am actually not satisfied with the engineer support team from JIO. They are unskilled and irresponsible and do not feel any accountability for their company or for their customers. If Jio team is not able to resolve the issue then please disconnect my connection. Also please take this mail as an escalation mail.
